Elections 2026

The General Election is November 3rd.

October 16th starts the 18-day voting period (through Election Day). Ballots are mailed out and Accessible Voting Units (AVUs) are available at voting centers.

"Voting matters all the way down the ballot.
If you don’t recognize an issue or a position on the ballot, do your own research. Keep in mind the Secretary of State does not fact check statements submitted for the Official Voter’s Guide. There is no penalty from the government for submitting misinformation, disinformation or outright lies for publication. Voters are the fact checkers.
With ballot in one hand and smartphone in the other, there is no excuse for turning in an incomplete ballot.

Vote early. Vote completely. And encourage your family and friends to do the same."
From Sue Lani Madsen's Forthright substack blog on Sept 12, 2026

3 Initiatives will be on the ballot.  VOTE YES on all 3
